As the design lead of the digital product organisation in Electrolux Group I have built and scaled a cross-disciplinary digital design function that includes UX research and writing as well as digital product design.
Together with our engineering and product team mates, we have resolved a fragmented digital strategy by consolidating all IoT mobile apps under a single codebase and cloud implementation. This is then published in multiple brands using design tokens for brand expression elements.
