
Lloyds Banking Group Internet Banking User Experience Guidelines

Together with the LBG Experience Design team I created UX guidelines for the re-design of the Lloyds Banking Group internet banking interface.
As design lead I wrote the guidelines, collaborated with a visual design partner to illustrate them and socialised the final deliverable.
The guidelines are used by internal teams and external design agencies to ensure that UX patterns are applied consistently.
In 2018 Lloyds Banking Group had over 13 million active online customers and a multi-brand strategy that includes Lloyds Bank, Bank of Scotland, and Halifax.
